ARE YOU FEELING THIS DISH?

When I woke up this morning I was wondering what I was going to cook.  Sometimes, I get really bored with food you really need to have a imagination when it comes to food because you really can get burnt out.  So, I decided to fix my Easy Easy Pepper Steak.  I love dishes with lots of meat and gravy.  I guess I'm just a gravy kind of girl.  The one thing I love about this dish is it's very easy and you can be finished in about 30 minutes.  So, let's get started.

These are all the ingredients that you will need and actually it's not a lot.

2 Lbs of beef sirloin tip steaks
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 cup of water
1 large onion cut in quarters
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
2 large green peppers cut in strips
Rice for four servings
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoon soy sauce

Cut the beef into strips going across the grain
Add 1/4 cup of oil and brown beef on medium heat

Go ahead and get your rice going. In a separate bowl add the cornstarch and soy sauce and  mix until smooth.

Add into the beef mixture stirring constantly, until gravy thickens and boils. Boil and stir for one minute. In the last five minutes of cooking time, add the green peppers. Serve over rice.

Well this is one of the easiest and quickest dishes that I have prepared in a long time so with that said, I have to go cause it's calling my name.  Try it, I don't think you'll be disappointed and remember, KEEP IT SIMPLE!
